Our Course, Clubhouse & Driving range are available for hireage for corporate, private and service clubs. We can cater for numbers from 10 – 120. Please contact Te Awamutu Golf Club on 07 871 5661.

FUNCTION HIRE

$500 +gst per night.

Discount apply's for community groups and sports groups and Members

Hire includes Bar Staff for 8 hours and up to 120 people. (This includes a bar manager)

EXTRAS

Bar staff – If your function exceeds 120 people: an extra charge of $150 +gst.

If function exceeds 8 hours: an extra charge of $25 per hour for each hour over the 8 hours will be charged or part there of

LATE LICENSE

$90.00 to close at 1am. Conditions apply

DECORATING ROOM

Arrangements may be made to decorate the room in the morning or the day prior from 4pm until 9pm.

Table Cloths, chair covers and chair bows are not included in Clubhouse hire, and will be charged for if required

CLEANING

Room is required to be cleared of all decorations by 10am the next morning and cleaned.

We can clean it for you with a $150 +gstcharge.
